九 Kyushu University Energy Week 2017 Chikushi Symposium on Energy

Announcement

In October 2017, Kyushu University announced the establishment of a new Kyushu University Platform of Inter/Transdisciplinary Energy Research (Q-PIT) in October 2017, and a new policy of promotion of inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary studies and education toward future low-carbon society. Q-PIT organizes “Kyushu University Energy Week” is an annual event in a January-February period, during which international symposia and workshops are held at Ito campus, Chikushi campus, others. We are pleased to announce and call for participation in “Chikushi Symposium on Energy” in the afternoon of February 2nd, 2017 at Chikushi campus. This symposium consists of lectures by three world-renowned researchers/educators and a short tour to QUEST at Advanced Fusion Research Center, one of the research facilities that Kyushu University boasts to the world.
 
All of the academic staff and students of Kyushu University and are cordially invited to Chikushi Symposium on Energy.
